The number below is the manufacturer's stated figure, and we have labelled it as such. An independent test report is not in our hands yet. When it is, this number becomes whatever the report says — including if that is lower.

Mostly irradiance, and being straight about it. Cheaper panels run lower output and often quote a figure measured at zero distance rather than a usable one. Compare measured irradiance and wattage rather than LED count, and ask any brand for their certificate number.
It is built for regular household use. Follow the manual, wear the eyewear supplied, and don't exceed the session times printed on the card in the box. If you are pregnant, take photosensitising medication, or have an implanted device, speak to your doctor first — we can't give medical advice.
